To empower designers worldwide, Supima has set its sights on a grand showcase in the fashion capitals of France. The journey begins with Supima’s involvement in the 38th edition of the renowned International Festival of Fashion, Photography, and Accessories – Hyères, followed by the 6th annual Supima Design Lab in the heart of Paris.
Supima Cotton Unites Visionaries
This unique initiative by Supima brings together an eclectic mix of both established and emerging international designers, as well as the talented finalists from the prestigious Supima Design Competition, culminating in a remarkable two-day exhibition at the U.S. Ambassador’s residence in Paris.
At the core of this spectacular event is the use of Supima cotton fabrics, generously provided to each designer. This gift enables these creative minds to explore the outer boundaries of fashion design, crafting unique collections that epitomize the exceptional qualities of Supima cotton.
Commencing in the picturesque southern French town, from October 12th to 15th, Supima stands as a proud sponsor of Europe’s foremost fashion extravaganza, the International Festival of Fashion, Photography, and Accessories – Hyères. In addition to supplying the festival with custom-designed Supima cotton tees, Supima is collaborating with ten cutting-edge designers by furnishing them with premium fabric to grace the runway. These designers will not only exhibit their exceptional talents but also compete for grants and industry recognition.
Celebrating Visionary Designers and Supima Cotton Excellence
Supima’s journey continues to Paris, where it is hosting an exclusive, by-invitation-only exhibition at the residence of the U.S. Ambassador to France. The Supima Design Lab will offer an eclectic display of designs crafted from Supima cotton. This year’s Supima Design Lab will feature exclusive creations by six prominent international designers.
It will also introduce the eight finalists and the winner of the 2023 Supima Design Competition. The competition that recently took place in New York City this past September. The event embodies Supima’s commitment to nurturing creativity and celebrating the unparalleled quality of Supima on a global stage.
