Born and raised in New York City, Amanda is currently the Associate Market Editor for Marie Claire where she edits a monthly page called "Feel Good Fashion" and writes a personal blog called "Amanda's Eye" on marieclaire.com, highlighting some of her favorite sustainable fashion finds from around the world. In her spare time, Amanda is on the Executive Board of Riverkeeper, co-founder of the Junior Council for Riverkeeper, and founder of “Friends of Finn" - a part of the U.S. Humane Society comprising of a group of animal lovers trying to put an end to puppy mills.
